Orders & Purchases

How do I cancel or edit an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Email us at ben@lanhaiplastic.com with your order number, and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within a few days of ordering, email ben@lanhaiplastic.com and we'll look into it.

What if there's a problem with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email ben@lanhaiplastic.com with your order number and a description (photos help) of the issue, and we'll make it right.

I didn't receive all of my order.
Large case orders sometimes ship in more than one package. Check your shipping confirmation email to see if items were split up. If something is still missing, email us at ben@lanhaiplastic.com with your order number and we'll investigate.

 

Shipping & Tracking

How long does shipping take?
Economy shipping takes about 5-8 business days, and Standard shipping takes about 3-4 business days. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email ben@lanhaiplastic.com as soon as possible and we'll update it. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the address.

 

Returns & Exchange

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Email ben@lanhaiplastic.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you instructions on how to proceed.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes. Let us know what you'd like to exchange it for and we'll help you get the right product.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
